I'm bouncing off the walls right now because of this! Woohoo! I knew EM.TV was close to a deal but didn't know with who. This is the best news in a long time. Another article here specifically mentions Farscape as one of the assets acquired in the sale. This can only be good news. Brian Henson is one of Farscape's executive producers and wouldn't give up on the show even before it was being produced. Now we know Farscape can't die, it's only a matter of time before it comes back in some form.
